Notting Hill Carnival Commissioned Project
"Eywa" was a commissioned project created for Notting Hill Carnival by Flagz Mas Band. However, due to COVID-19, the release of the project has been postponed until 2021. The opportunity nevertheless was amazing. These pages include my mood board, some development photos & the final professional photographs. During this project, I was responsible for every step: from the design sketches, material sourcing, costing, and organising models, photographers & makeup artists to actually sewing & hand making every piece of the garments. I made a conscious effort to use a set for the photographs that complimented the theme: Battle of the Amazon but contrasted against the garments. The video would have been used on the company's social media page & website along with the professional photographs taken. (The video Colour Grading was done by me.)
